So now that i'm getting older and my body is just like let me be my own person.. and my own person is a fat happy Italian woman i've learned (thanks to the Everetts) i need to put some limitations on what i'm eating.
You know those dumb teenagers that eat whatever and still look amaze balls? That used to be me but no....i had to go and grow up.
I don't like committing to things especially things like limitations. I like being limitless and free. (i have a tattoo almost on my foot that says live free for crying out loud) I'm like tempt fate...all that. This morning Greg or Aimee who knows who and i were texting about my body weight/diet. Whoever it was told me i'd be a super heavy weight if i don't control myself and start putting SOME limitations on the food i'm consuming. I guess it's not ok to eat 3 pancakes for breaky every morning or so they say.
Maybe this is just another sacrifice i'll have to make for my sport but eating healthy does actually have a lot more benefits than just keeping my weight down. When you eat bad it inflames your intestines and pretty much you're entire digestive system. WELL, training already does that so why not manage it the best you can? Treat your body well it treats you well right? EF that i want a donut JK i dont.
Fearlessly,
the 63kg+ (get it?)
