If you don't already know what most competitive weightlifters schedule two weeks out:
Eat but not too much
Work but not too much
Sleep but not too much
Visualize but not too much
Train as hard as you can till you die thinking only two weeks and then it's here, only two, you can do it!
Ps also if y'all didnt already know our very own Sarah Robles is ranked number one on the world team! Lets see if I can pull out a good day and go to Poland with her ;)
