In the effort of full disclosure I'd like to announce the not at all important or exciting fact of me lifting as a 63kg at American Open. You see y'all sometimes you just can't put the ice cream away..
Actually in real life with everything going on and all the changes in my life we (as in Greg, Aimee and i) felt we needed to use American Open to get back on my feet and back in the game as low stress as possible. Soooooo I may weigh 58.01 but hey i'll eat dinner and breakfast before weigh ins. Boom shakalaka.
fearlessly,
j

Sarah here!
Just wanted to say, I am really excited for the American Open. I haven't changed our training at all and I am training through the meet. I am hoping to just go in, have a good heavy day, and hopefully win the meet. I haven't competed in this meet since 2008. It will be pretty awesome competing near my home town and seeing a lot of my friends and family.
And....reuniting with Jeshica
