Last thoughts before I compete

I lift tomorrow at 3:30 London time. I am both ready and a little nervous. Who wouldn't be? It's the OLYMPICS! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me in any way at any time along my journey. I hope to make you all proud. I hope to have "Sarah's Day" tomorrow and do MY best. USA! USA! USA! USA!

  1. Git it gurl! Let's see some awesome PRs! I'll try to watch but have been having connection problems the entire games. I will be following the meet via text though. A few of my friends will be in the audience routing for you and Holley.

    Let's go Team USA!

  10. It was so great to watch you compete even if you didn't medal. I've started getting into weightlifting in the past year and you're such an inspiration to me. Thank you for bringing some insight on what you do!

  19. I just saw the NBC report on you and how hard it has been to support yourself. My question is, why can't the gym you train at, find something for you to do in off training time, to give you a job? Even answering the phone? Making a job up...

  31. Congrats on your Olympic experience. Something few people get to experience. I am sure that 4 years from now you will take the event. I look forward to following you in the next 4 years of training. You have made all of us proud. You conducted yourself with honesty and dignity. I hope potential sponsors step up.

    Congrats!

  33. NBC in New Hampshire didn't show your lifts (I swore at my computer and TV for hours). I followed and refreshed like crazy, though! And yelled *YES!* and cheered at my laptop.

Still trying to find video so I can see the amazing feat that is YOU in action.

Amazing job! 2016... that's your year!
